With a few exceptions, all of our Hg analysis on solid samples are performed with a Milestone MDA-80 direct mercury analyzer that is based on combustion – gold trap preconcentration – atomic absorption detection. LOD is on the order of 0.1 ng Hg, and 5-500 mg of sample can be combusted.
